A word about Tilt 365

Based on the same character-strengths model, it embodies a whole person approach and guides the user in self awareness as well as understanding one's impact on others. Tilt's Team Climate Profile
The Team Climate Profile creates awareness of and appreciation for the character strengths and personalities of each person on a team. No one can do it alone in today’s disruptive world; focus on productivity rather than politics by learning how to demonstrate balance, recognize what happens to your colleagues (and to you!) when you’re under stress, and purposefully shift as a team based on context. The Team Climate Profile is built using the True Tilt Profile, meaning you only need to take one assessment (in only 5 minutes or so).
