What is Tilt 365?

Tilt 365 has tools for self-development based on the Tilt Model of character strengths. Anchored in positive psychology, the True Tilt Profile is a self-report assessment that shows natural strengths and inclinations. The Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor is a 360-assessment that shows how someone is currently showing up in different contexts. These tools can be completed stand-alone, but are more effective with a coaching debrief and most effective when accompanied by some ongoing coaching.
